The PROPOSAL

Introduction My name is Vic Gardenhire, this is a short video to quickly introduce myself and my mission. There is a lot to know about me to fully understand who I am, what it is that I stand for and of course my WHY! For starters I just want to point out that without Jesus and his influence in my life I would have never been able to maintain the strength to make it this far. I would of gave up long. If you are interested in learning science behind GOD and heaven. I have discovered how we get to heaven and how it is all possible, contact me and I will explain. Just as a hint it all evolves around time, LOVE and of course or ever so resilient DNA!

If you are empathetic and sincere like me! You will immediately be ready to help. When I say help, it is not restricted to financial. Developing True & Legitimized UNITY requires Wisdom, finance, and personal production contributions. You are not required to provide all three I want to set the record straight! There is much more to life and its building blocks than money alone.

(Childhood) I was Permanently Taken into foster care at age 6 due to a corrupt Child protection system and a mother who was mentally challenged and addicted to drugs. After being abducted by CPS I was placed in and out of 17 different homes and families. Living with 17 different families gives a kid with a young and developing mind abilities that are rare and especially useful if used properly. Most people in the entire world live close and intimately with only one family and they know only their own family traditions and culture. Living in 17 homes I was blessed with insights allowing me to gain total understanding of people. I was able to compare each family in contrast to the other families. While most families had their own ways, they all had similarities that could be considered the foundation of American Culture. Though the years of my youth I was a go to counselor for all my friends and even my friend’s parents sometimes. Being a foster child did not produce any will to be anything in life while I had music to be a temporary healing device. It was not until I began athletics that my understanding of the purpose began to take root and start to become real.

Athletics- I was a #1 world ranked athlete in high school Music – I invested 20,000 hours (about 2 and a half years of total combined hours) producing more than a thousand songs with Pro Tools the music industry goes to standard for music production. I was also trained by 2 different grammy Awarded producers. Business- IN my twenties after realizing the music industry was corrupt, I ventured into business and made my way into managing a 300+ staffed company. Marketing – Once the mortgage market collapsed, I pivoted from a Mortgage broker into a marketing company initially providing marketing for mortgage companies. Eventually I found my way to the Solar industry and became a go to solution for many of the world’s largest solar companies. I worked my way into a financial situation bringing multi millions over the years. Technology – During these years of running a successful marketing company my colleges in the industry bought lavish cars, houses, and all sorts of privileged things.

I remained frugal investing towards developing technology that could make a difference. This is where the story begins and what brings me here today presenting my plan of installation and unity. Over the 7 years of developing my software I started to become more concerned about helping companies gain super success. This internal gut reaction led me into turning down quite a few offers for companies to lease my software. Usually after their true colors surfaced, I kicked them off my system. I continued to build an all-around world-class Desktop Cloud website interface. Over time it started turning into a Microsoft windows-like version of an operating system hosted on a website. I knew this software could be used for so many wonderful things. Then and now, I want to donate it to the world as a public servant for the people. I want it to be used as a compounding strategy tool to gain total GLOBAL UNITY. In 2017 I was under an attack and had no clue what was happening or how it was happening. The attacks got more aggressive quickly after I instantly turned down a disrespectful offer of 2 million dollars. They clearly thought I was one of the weak ones that could be taken out without a fight. They also were in full belief that they had almost succeeded. After turning my life upside down, I have had to spend the last three years IN TRAINING! It has been a never-ending repeating scene you see in all the rocky movies where rocky is in his final training efforts just before the big fight. Today we are ready for the fight by taking positions and activating. To be clear, this is not a fight but rather activating operation UNITY strategy. That is a quick version of my story. I want to be transparent and make it known that I will not be accepting funds or help from just anybody. If your company is currently making money in any unethical means whatsoever you will not qualify to invest into Lets Partner. As mentioned, I am not only interested in money unless your business can prove that it can contribute towards building our global foundational UNITY! Before Lets Partner accepts any funds, diligent investigation will be performed into every new family member. If you gained your fortune using unethical tactics but stand strongly behind your statement as a changed organization, due diligence will be performed. We will validate your company’s ethics practices are in fact in an active and well-established motion. Some may believe I am crazy to turn down any donation that has no strings attached. I say there are always strings attached. A new code word I recently adopted is called the Trojan Horse. This is where they come in pretending to be honorable and trusted until they have gained trust, access & influence. Not one company’s name will be on our donor list just for them to make it appear as if they are part of OUR active solutions open and PUBLICY bringing equitable healing and change. This healing so evident it will be considered by so many to be something truly special.

When I say special, I mean special on levels history has never seen. We are experiencing explosions in technology on levels the world has never seen but the very problem is that the very technology is not being utilized on levels that bring anything special on a global level. To be on this list of special donors you must be truly willing to be special in ways that some or many may not. One example, really all I need to provide, Mackenzie Scott. Mackenzie Scott is a model citizen, and a naturalized example of what UNITY root foundations REQUIRE to compile the broken and severed pieces while doing exactly what we are about to do together in harmony.

Now that you know a little more about me and my qualifications and the qualifications to become a donor AKA family member with Lets Partner, I will give a summarized explanation of the problems we face including the solution.

Let us get started! For starters, I am taking on an initiative that most try and fail due to a series of reasons. One by one I will explain what is happening under the hood in America and even more throughout the entire world. The corporate world AKA in this explanation as THEY are on a savage hunt mission to control the global markets while performing corporate consolidations, none like we have ever seen in the history of humankind. These corporations simply are not playing fair. They have very structured and proven tactics to take over almost any company they have wanted, especially in the last 20 years, more than ever.

Here are the top 4 1: They get to a certain point of success and their threat poses enough cause to open the checkbook of those who control market. If a company owns 75% or more of a market already it is their game plan to maintain that control by stopping the competition from entering that market in the first place or by owning the companies in that market. An investment of let us say 50 million dollars to stop a potential market disruption worth 50 billion dollars is fractions of pennies on the dollars to mitigate risks on their behalf. This method could be considered to the naked eye as the ethical path of maintaining market control.

2: If a company is not worth buyout money because they believe that company is weak enough to the point, they can rid it without ever making an offer. They instill bully tactics and harass the lives of those who are posing a threat to their market. This goes in all different directions, but you can be assured they will not be dumb enough to allow themselves to be directly involved but rather set others against each other. They deploy all kinds of personal attacks and disruptions.

3: If a company approached for being bought out or acquired questions the ethics of their intensions and decides not to accept the offer. There are many other ways to monopolize their growth. I am only going to use an example to help produce a mental understanding. If a company in the farming industry refuses to let go of their privately owned operation, the methods used would be compared to cutting off the air supply to a living human. A farm growing crops for example cannot operate without water and if for some reason the water resources are cut off that poses a threat to their business. They could also purchase all available needed merchandise or supplies a company relies on and then refuse to sell to that company. The list goes on.

4: Digital Terrorism! The NSA has been given permission to limitless access to spy into our lives and unfortunately this is not actually being used to protect us but more so to empower companies such as Blackrock. How does one company become worth 10 trillion dollars (about $31,000 per person in the US)? I asked myself that very question when I learned about them recently. Once I performed a little bit of research, I quickly discovered Blackrock is heavily involved with our government in a variety of departments and that is most certainly NOT a coincidence. Blackrock is not the only company in this corporate hostile takeover, in fact their method is to obtain these companies while flying quietly under the radar. DO a search yourself with Blackrock and discover you will have to spend hours and hours finding out which company they have a controlling stake of ownership in. They are not loud and proud about their growth and development.

It is more like a scheme infil-traded (I said the wrong on purpose) secretly and quietly taking over the controlling stake of the world. Did you know BlackRock owns most of the BIG PHARMA? That wraps up a summarized version of what is happening in the corporate world today AKA industrial espionage.

Now let us get to the solution. We can all agree it would be foolish for me or anyone else to believe I could single-handedly fix the world’s problems myself alone! While today’s culture encourages this sort of reckless hero type trainwreck. While I believe or be placed into any sort of hero category. I can provide a supernatural powered networking tool that builds community. It provided functionality and flexibility to establish and clone evolving systems on the go almost instantly. Goals and investments can be configured and set into a self-reporting and self-expanding system that maintains a simple globalized mathematical report I call the COE.

The cost of effectiveness. With cost of effectiveness employed we can instantaneously determine what is working and what is not as activity is being recorded in real time all the time. All the foundations and charitable donors of the world will soon feel obligated to participate in this methodology. The way the system is designed it is impossible for any funding to be misused. It proficiently tracks everything, and overtime starts delegation. My plan is to get most of the charity fundings rooted in OUR community building systems. This WILL open the gateway for TOTAL global healing as we all sequentially abide by the most wonderful trait of all time known as sharing. As the world begins to band together knocking out initiative after initiative, we start the actual healing of the world. We will one by one aggregate and collect a simplified line-itemed list of what is hurting the world in today’s reality. With a total list of needs listed we again apply simple math using a percentage value that will one day reach 100% completed as our rapidly expanding UNITY will check off one by one. I have an array of personal experience in Music, Marketing, Business, Social Development and of course Technology. Having all these experiences opens so much for so many people. Having the right tools and infrastructure we can oversee and orchestrate so much without the wool being pulled over our eyes. This key is the most important part of making this happen without failure.

There is an abundance of deception induced through distraction after distraction. Take note that when you decide to embark on this journey with us, you too will see an abundance of distractions and sudden approaches in your path.

Where do we start? We have three starting points where funding is most logically needing funding. 1: Entrepreneurship Within the next 10 years both robotics, software and medical advancements will replace more than 50% of the Workforce. The total fall out will be faster than Silicon Valley Bank closed its doors. One day millions will have jobs, the next they will not. How is this possible? Ask yourself how it is possible that BlackRock owns a 10 trillion stake of the world’s capital worth more than the current USA GDP. It simply takes one company to drop 50% of the workforce alone. We must deploy a strategy that teaches and assists everyone to start their own entrepreneurial journeys. We do this by giving them the necessary tools and resources to do it in UNITY!

2: Security Without security none of these strategically important solutions will be built on a stable foundation. We must fully secure everyone’s devices from invasions from unauthorized access and surveillance. IOver the last three years NSA and friends have time and time opened their entire playbook to me when it comes to their consumer invasion strategies and exploits. With the right team and hardware resources we can stop NSA in their tracks overnight.

3: Unity Without Unity we have nothing whatsoever. The 500 billion being wasted year after year on UNITED STATES charitable causes have nothing sticking with any significance. Why is this? Because everyone is doing their own thing and there are is not any UNITY appointing initiative leaders and grouping the tasks while simplifying the solutions as we go in a UNITED Snowballing effect. We will stop letting the sand or water slip out of our hands and combine our people’s efforts into one big UNITED Strategic family.

There is no way for me to calculate the actual cost of all three of these initiatives until I have some data to show our COE (Cost of Effectiveness). That said, I would like to set the initial funding goal to $10 million dollars. This can be considered runway expenses. An airplane uses an excess of fuel to perform a take-off. It also needs adequate pavement space to gain enough speed and momentum for take-off. One its flying in the air it can then operate at a much lower fuel and energy expense. After we have $5-7 million invested into our infrastructure and people, we can begin analyzing the COE to predict the investment needs moving forward using real life statistics and COE.

Truly, it could take one donor to meet this benchmark but do not let that fool you into sitting back avoiding action. I will be sharing publicly the fund raising, all expenses and spending. If we go over the initial amount of funds requested, any overage will go into a reserve fund. All reserve funds will only be spent on COE SCALING!

As fast as I would love to quickly heal the world, spending more money faster is NOT the resolution. Discovering what is working and what is not, then sharing it with our evolving and growing communities. Sometimes specific causes will not have an immediate fix until another cause has laid the foundation. If the cause is to install windows but no framing has been constructed for windows to be installed into, funding will be on hold until framing is completed. Fundings will be released to cover personal living expenses for teams of course. This is a blueprint, a plan of action and careful engineering like anything else with stabilized structure.
