My name is Vic Gardenhire and I am writing this to seek help in my journey into the abyss of healing the world. I have a very checkered past including an abundance of experience both street and formal. I have pondered the ideas of drafting this letter for many years and I will admit it has been difficult. Until recently, I have struggled the optimal direction I should move forward towards. There is a major disconnect in just about everything today. Technology abruptly emerging into society like a bullet train evolving into a rocket ship seeking to self-enhance its ability to increase to the speed of light as if humanity depended on it. Today we are suffering with relationship connectivity community to community. It has become an ideology everyone for themselves. We thought technology was developing better communication and bringing us closer together but facts and multiple sources will show our social interaction have been torn into shreds.

Many things could be implemented to make the world a better place. The way I used to think created a feeling that would best be described as overwhelming. Where do we start? You might have heard someone say if everyone does his or her part, we will one day have a healed world. The problem with that poses a singular question. Who is going to organize this? SO many people and Orgs. are working on their own ways of contributing to the world but have no legitimate ability to prove its actually making a difference I want to confidently and so humbly announce that today I am NOT overwhelmed by the challenge and I have a plan that is so far from selfish it includes any and every one willing to join. Over time, it actually creates a momentum that will soon become regulation. You ask “how will it become regulation?” 1: Why should our country be allowing organizations to be skating around avoiding taxes if they have no proof of effectiveness? 2: While there are Organizations that really only pay into charitable causes because that is their tax write off and it many times in return is used as advertisement to make more sales. The TRUE and Honorable Charitable domains will be satisfied and pleased to see their donations are actually making a difference.

With my system and software I’ll be so effective producing bottom line results that donors will begin running their entire donation portfolio through our management system. I can provide plug in play solution template building systems that can be quickly built in Desktop Clouds codeless user controls to build out result driven report generators. Example: An organizationis given a million dollars to feed the homeless. The system reports spendables in comparison to what was produced and achieved. I call it “Cost of Effectiveness”. This is HUGE because it halts Orgs. Abilities to takes in a million dollars where the Director pays themselves $500k, their friends or family another $400k. They may only spend $100k actually feeding the homeless where only 1000 people get fed. This is a basic example and not limited to simple scenarios. In this example, the COE results to $1,000. The next org feeds 20,000 for the same donation amount of one million dollars. The COE with this Org. is only $50. Why would we be paying $1,000 COE when we can pay $50? We will share our findings with the org that is at $1,000 requiring they modify their methods to be economical. In the courts, attorneys win cases by researching other cases that won their cases facing similar scenarios. As we build our network expanding community to community.

After more and more charitable organizations join the community, we will all share resources and help one another out. It will both quickly weed out orgs misusing funds and evolve into a globalized solution where now everyone is doing their part and we are knocking out innovative after innovative. We will also have researchers plugging in the Global issues into categorized formation. These will become a checklist to be completed. When Orgs. Want to ask for funding they can choose from a list of legitimate needs to be met or themselves submit a new proposal to the existing list needing to be checked off. This process is never going to be considered a perfect process and just like anything has its own trial and errors to face. There is only one uncontestable fact we keep as the lead method to make the next decision and that is the COE. Desktop Cloud has everything to calculate COE in any situation. In Charity there is always a goal and a transactional total at the center of the innovative. We determine what that is in any funding before funds can be approved. If COE cannot be determined then it will not be funded.
